I believe you can contact one of the @moderators to help you delete your account.

If you click on the @moderators link, you'll get a popup:
See the big blue "Message" button to message the moderators group.
That said, I'm curious: why delete your account and not just let it linger on? It shouldn't bother you if you don't participate on the Community.
