Help with certifytheweb client

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: sfcfloors.com

Hi @Weychris

I don't use certifytheweb. But this

looks like a consequential error.

This

looks more important. Are your variables defined?

They have their own support community: https://community.certifytheweb.com/

Have you checked there?

This conversation is continued here: https://community.certifytheweb.com/t/please-help-dx-logs/352/2

It not a common issue but it appears that perhaps in this case we were too quick to complete the certificate order after validation completed, it’s not a full log so it’s hard to tell. The next release will have additional retries of order status checks.
