Thank you for your input. We too actually have no clue, just suddenly received this request that the cert has expired.
well server replies nginx/1.14.0 (ubuntu) which is from 18.04 so quite old server

like that's your server: you don't know where it is?

Nope, no clue where it is. Just users using it for CRM.
looking up ip is's aws global accelerator.com and domain is bought from dan.com
does it ring any bell?
