I Have a dreamhost package but all lets encrypt certificates say dreamiest.com not my sites (aspiro.uk / bobburnshypnotherpy.com etc.)

https://www.aspiro.uk looks fine (see image below).
https://bobburnshypnotherapy.com serves the dreamhost certificate, which looks like the default certificate.
Referencing https://crt.sh/?q=bobburnshypnotherapy.com, it looks like you have a certificate issued, but just not installed. Did you restart your webserver after getting the certificate? It doesn’t look like bobburnshypnotherapy.com is configured to use https since I can still access http://bobburnshypnotherapy.com.

ahh I had made one for the bob burns site but it was showing DreamHost as the domain so failing the browsers check
