# Help adding domain to SAN Cert

Hi, We are using Let’s Encrypt for a SAN Certificate provided in Akamai and we need to add a domain to the SAN certificate, I tried to do it in Akamai but it was not possible because the domain is a subdomain from a major financial institution that delegated the subdomain to us, the message from Akamai is that I need to contact Let’s Encrypt and show them we have authorization from the owner of the domain to add it to our SAN certificate, can I start communication with support here? @cpu

Please direct-message me the domain name in question. If it is on our high risk domain list I'll send you the instructions for the required removal process.
