What makes you think it’s appropriate to give out these login credentials? And since sslforfree.com no longer obtains certs from Let’s Encrypt (they use ZeroSSL certs instead), I don’t see that this is relevant to this forum.
So take this as an opportunity to start doing what you always should have been doing: issue your own certs using client software that you run on your server. Let’s Encrypt was never intended to be used with a web-based front-end, and using one puts you at the mercy of the operators of that site–as you’ve now experienced.
