I got a notification for a domain that I never heard before: osteks.de.
Is that some kind of phishing, or an issue with the letsencrypt-mail service?
Most likely somebody mistyped their email address.

There have also been situations where there was a bug in some major webhosting software where I believe one of the customers email address was used for all the customers certificate notifications.
