Google Site Custom Domain Certificate Missing

I have set up my custom domain for a long time on this google site, but when i switched Domain Name hosting it won't work, no matter how many times I remove it and put it back . It keeps saying missing Certificate.

Yeah, your DNS configuration is badly broken. You should work with your new DNS provider to sort that out. Show them these test results: www.aclcwimchicago.org | DNSViz

Thanks. So the issue is not google or let's encrypt expiring?

Well, if the certificates expire that is a problem. But, you won't be able to get fresh certs with such a faulty DNS config. Once that is sorted try that google site config panel you showed earlier.
