Getting error while creating certificate for my domain

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The following errors were reported by the server:

  Domain: www.qa03.mykaarma.com
  Type: connection
  Detail: DNS problem: NXDOMAIN looking up A for
  www.qa03.mykaarma.com

  To fix these errors, please make sure that your domain name was
  entered correctly and the DNS A record(s) for that domain
  contain(s) the right IP address. Additionally, please check that
  your computer has a publicly routable IP address and that no
  firewalls are preventing the server from communicating with the
  client. If you’re using the webroot plugin, you should also verify
  that you are serving files from the webroot path you provided.

Hello @amitshar04,

Your DNS don’t resolve the domain www.qa03.mykaarma.com. You need to create an A record on your DNS pointing www.qa03.mykaarma.com to your public ip (I suppose is 74.80.237.4) or create a CNAME record on your DNS pointing to pubip03.ic2irv.mykaarma.com that is exactly how you configured it for your domain qa03.mykaarma.com.
