TL;DR You clearly think there are problems with this project & that they’re important enough that others should be warned. But you are not telling us what those problems are.
@NOYB, you really need to tell us exactly what you fear might be going on. All we have here is innuendo & hinting at “dark things afoot”.
Case in point: the post with the video. There’s a reference to a name I’ve never heard before and a video that’s over an hour long. Now I did watch the first couple of minutes, and there’s a discussion of this Eric Rescorla guy and some suggestion that he worked for/with the NSA at some point. Maybe that’s a reason for concern, maybe not. I then googled the name & found a couple of complaints at Mozilla about this guy’s background. Nothing useful, nothing substantial.
You may very well be legitimately and justifiably worried about this. But nowhere in your post have you expressed:
Who or what it is you’re worried about. You’re making the readers of your post watch a video and google a name.
Why you’re worried about it. What is it you think this guy may have done to compromise the project?
A couple of points from someone who used to teach writing the college students:
If you have something to say - just say it. Don’t leave it up to your reader to guess what your point is (a large fraction of them will get it wrong).
Present evidence for your point. Most of your readers are not going to go looking for the evidence that you left out. And most of them are going to write off whatever you’re trying to say if you haven’t given any evidence for it.
Explain how your evidence supports your point. You want me to be worried that Rescorla is involved in this project? Explain to me why I should be worried.
