Getting asked for credentials

Hello,

If users visit my website, they get an information that site needs their credentials. Then, they have to click “Cancel” and everything is OK. Please, could you help me is it Let’s Encrypt problem and what must I do to allow people to access the website without getting asked for credentials?

My domain is: najduzarec.rs

The web server is: IIS 10

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Windows Server 2019 (64-bit)

that's not a Letsencrypt problem. Your server want's a client certificate.

Check your website. There is an option "SSL settings" (or something else). There choose

• ignore client certificates
