Bonjour,

Je peux lire des réponses en Anglais : Oui

Mon nom de domaine est : extranet-rec.mudetaf.fr

J’ai exécuté cette commande : sudo certbot --apache -d extranet-rec.mudetaf.fr --rsa-key-size 4096 --agree-tos --no-eff-email

Elle a produit cette sortie :

Mon serveur Web est (inclure la version) : apache2

Le système d’exploitation sur lequel mon serveur Web s’exécute est (version incluse) : Ubuntu LTS

Mon hébergeur, le cas échéant, est : local

Je peux me connecter à un shell root sur ma machine (oui ou non, ou je ne sais pas) : oui

J’utilise un panneau de configuration pour gérer mon site (non, ou fournit le nom et la version du panneau de configuration) : non

please read your error message.

Your port 80 / http doesn't answer. That's required if you want to use http validation.

Change that - router, firewall, not running webserver.

I don't understand what you mean by saying my port 80 doesn't answer : I can access the url within a navigator.
please note that I'm not the domain's administrator, just a developer who's trying to make it works
he just said to me that he opened the port 80, 443 but didn't gave access to ping

That's inside your local network.

But Letsencrypt can't connect your domain, I can't with my browser, extranet-rec.mudetaf.fr - Make your website better - DNS, redirects, mixed content, certificates shows timeouts.

not at all, it works from my computer outside the network and from my phone, no VPN connected

the administrator found the problem : this URL was blocked to outside France by a firewall's rule :wink:
