Generating certificate for login on nas device

My domain is: www.finallyencrypt.com

I ran this command: I tryed to generate certificate for domain in supported application for lets encrypt and the result failed.

It produced this output:I was unable to obtain certificate but failed

My web server is (include version):N/A

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): windows 10

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:QTH

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):No I cant login as root access in my machine.

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):SRM

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):N/A

I think your problem is best handled by your hosting provider. They can better advise how to use their control panel on their servers. They even offer free certs and help. See this page
