I took over Ballinger ISD as the Director of Technology and the previous Director did not leave any information regarding the districts SSL Cert. I have no credentials to log in and get any information.

that's not a problem. You need a Letsencrypt client, then you can start new. There are no typical credentials you need.

Start with the basics.

Then check your server configuration. Perhaps there is already a client.

If not, select one.
