Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. [crt.sh | example.com](https://crt.sh/?q=example.com)), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: [api.factory.soluperts.com](http://api.factory.soluperts.com)

I ran this command:

It produced this output: Certbot failed to authenticate some domains (authenticator: nginx). The Certificate Authority reported these problems:
Domain: [api.factory.soluperts.com](http://api.factory.soluperts.com)
Type: unauthorized
Detail: 35.154.126.185: Invalid response from [http://api.factory.soluperts.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/3r2i9EDHPObdzFuMWcpXXzPiXzX1JZRcNviY6tUS2tE:](http://api.factory.soluperts.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/3r2i9EDHPObdzFuMWcpXXzPiXzX1JZRcNviY6tUS2tE:) 404

Hint: The Certificate Authority failed to verify the temporary nginx configuration changes made by Certbot. Ensure the listed domains point to this nginx server and that it is accessible from the internet.

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of `certbot --version` or `certbot-auto --version` if you're using Certbot):

Hello @satsin06, welcome to the Let's Encrypt community. 🙂

Please show:

I believe the
Web server is nginx/1.24.0 (Ubuntu)
The operating system is Ubuntu _version unknown_
the ACME Client: Certbot _what version?_ (i.e. the output of `certbot --version`)
and as long as you are there show the output of `sudo certbot certificates` (not much expected if no certificate has been issued ever).

```nohighlight
$ curl -Ii http://api.factory.soluperts.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/sometestfile
HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found
Server: nginx/1.24.0 (Ubuntu)
Date: Wed, 15 May 2024 22:23:59 GMT
Content-Type: text/html
Content-Length: 162
Connection: keep-alive
```

Please show the output of `sudo nginx -T`; that is a Capital **T**
