Failed to apply for certificate for www domain name

After I successfully applied for the certificate of the znmdiem.top root domain name, I continued to apply for www.znmdiem.top. The certification address /.well-known/acme-challenge/ can obtain the corresponding certification information, but the certificate cannot be obtained.

Is there any restriction between the root domain name and www domain name, which makes it impossible to apply normally.

My domain is:
znmdiem.top
www.znmdiem.top

I ran this command:
acme.sh

No.

Also, you seem to be getting certificates from ZeroSSL recently and not Let's Encrypt. See crt.sh | znmdiem.top for more info about your certificates.

That list also lists a Let's Encrypt cert for the www subdomain a few days ago. What's going on exacly?

Also, where ZeroSSL doesn't have any rate limits as far as I know, be aware that Let's Encrypt does have rate limits and you should be doing testing on the staging environment to prevent that from happening.
