for some reason the configuration seems to be not enabled, but if I type the command sudo a2ensite I get the message “configuration enabled already”

It seems there is something confusing apache and it doesn’t properly match the names and then serves the defaults for both.
This may be due to “hidden” characters in the config (that can’t be displayed - so you can’t even see them)

It is definitely within the way apache reads/understand/uses the file.

Hi to all.
Just to say that I found the issue and, shame on me, since it was really a stupid thing ^.^'

In the configuration of the virtual host (hypnosejoaillerie.it) I wrote *.80 instead of *:80 and it was making the issue to get the SSL certificate.
