It seems you are using a host which had 1mot1jour.com as the default.
Can you check your virtual host settings (if applicable, just in case you forget to write that domain on 443 or only write on 80) or try certonly for now? (As LE are disabling new cert issuerance on TLS-SNI TLS-SNI challenges disabled for most new issuance )
