I had tried and discard an automatic way of renewing and this entailed editing the .htaccess file. I did not delete the amendments when I gave up on the automation
I am trying to renew a certificate using:
letsencrypt certonly --manual --email webmaster @ wayneswebshop.net -d www.wayneswebshop.net -d wayneswebshop.net
