To confirm that it isn't just a certificate chain misconfiguration, can you confirm whether https://helloworld.letsencrypt.org/ works in the app browser for you?

https://helloworld.letsencrypt.org/ works on in the app browser, we will check our configuration, thak you!

Most users never need to download any of the files from https://letsencrypt.org/certificates/. The ACME protocol and ACME clients provide the specific intermediate certificate that you need for a particular certificate. For example, if you use Certbot, you’ll get a fullchain.pem file that already provides the complete certificate chain that should be served to site visitors.
