Yep, your certificate chain is incomplete. Currently you are only serving your leaf certificate when you should also be serving the R3 intermediate certificate and the ISRG Root X1 intermediate certificate.
I have constructed your full certificate chain in a single file for you to download:

If that full certificate chain does not work for your setup, try this one instead:
ekamtek.com.altfullchain.pem (3.4 KB)
If you find that you need to use the altfullchain file, you should inform your hosting provider that they need to update their panel and can contact us with any questions they may have.
