Expiration notice e-mails contain http link instead of https - where to report this bug?

Recently I got an expiration reminder via e-mail and it included an http link to mandrillapp.com instead of using https. It did not contain any information to where to report bugs about these e-mails. So, where could I report this issue to get the link changed to https?

The link is auto-generated by the transactional mail service used by Let’s Encrypt and sadly can’t be changed to https.

I seem to recall reading that Let’s Encrypt contacted MailChimp’s support about this before, but they seem rather slow-moving when it comes to HTTPS adoption. Unfortunately most other transactional email providers I’ve used before aren’t much better in that regard.
