Exchange Server - Failed to Submit Cert For Signing

My domain is: sciautomation.net

I ran this command: powershell script to renew SSL on monthly basis

It produced this output: see the attached screenshot.

My web server is (include version): Server 2016 IIS

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Server 2016

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): YES

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): NO

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): Not using certbot from what I gather. Powershell script

https works, but http is required to validate your domain.

May be a blocking firewall or something else.

If Letsencrypt can’t connect your domain, validation fails.
