Errors everytime certificate is updated

Hi
Often when the certificate is updated I get reports from users about getting the error message in their browser saying the site is not secure. It happens a couple days after the certificate is updated.
Certificate seems to be working fine. Is just some users. And I think is only in school networks.
Any idea what can it be and how to handle it?
The domain is spellingframe.co.uk

thank you

Hi @eago99 and welcome to the LE community forum

The only thing I can find that might cause such a popup is that the cert doesn't contain the "www" name.
Anyone going to https://www.spellingframe.co.uk/ will be presented with a cert that doesn't match that name.

Welcome to the Let's Encrypt Community :slightly_smiling_face:

I concur with @rg305.

I checked spellingframe.co.uk for all of the following and found no issues:

  • missing/broken/incorrect certificate chain
  • improper redirection
  • mixed content

Your previous GoDaddy certificates included www.spellingframe.co.uk ...
