Error when issuing a Let's encrypt certificate for my domain

My domain is: basothomall.shop

I ran this command: I tried issuing the certificate via SSH on Google Cloud Platform

It produced this output: Certbot failed to authenticate some domains (authenticator: webroot). The Certificate Authority reported these problems:

Detail: 139.144.101.104: Invalid response from http://www.basothomall.shop/.well-known/acme-challenge/Meizg2F4bEHL5DyfEX3kz1UB9-hukNRXKAFnXImWoPE: 404

Hint: The Certificate Authority failed to download the temporary challenge files created by Certbot. Ensure that the listed domains serve their content from the provided --webroot-path/-w and that files created there can be downloaded from the internet.

Seems like you just need to update the DNS IP for the "www" name.
