Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
My domain is:seafileserver.site
My web server is (include version):nginx/1.10.3
The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):Centos 7
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):Yes
I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):no
So i had issues with my file-based encryption and lost the certs (whole mountpoint actually) and had to request many certs. Now i cant request more cause i get the “too many certificates already issued” error.
Is there any possibility to reset the count or allow one more certificate? Im in kinda hurry to get it running.
Seems you have reached the duplicate certificate limit.
We also have a Duplicate Certificate limit of 5 certificates per week. A certificate is considered a duplicate of an earlier certificate if they contain the exact same set of hostnames, ignoring capitalization and ordering of hostnames. For instance, if you requested a certificate for the names [www.example.com, example.com], you could request four more certificates for [www.example.com, example.com] during the week.
No, there is no way to reset the count but yes you could issue more certificates if you add a different domain/subdomain to your certificate.
Right now you have issued 5 certificates which are covering only your domain
seafileserver.site so you could issue a new cert using only
seafileserver.site domain on aprox 28th November 04:13 UTC.
CRT ID DOMAIN (CN) VALID FROM VALID TO EXPIRES IN SANs
263430462 seafileserver.site 2017-Nov-24 15:19 UTC 2018-Feb-22 15:19 UTC 88 days seafileserver.site
263366139 seafileserver.site 2017-Nov-24 12:57 UTC 2018-Feb-22 12:57 UTC 88 days seafileserver.site
263353275 seafileserver.site 2017-Nov-24 12:32 UTC 2018-Feb-22 12:32 UTC 88 days seafileserver.site
263209836 seafileserver.site 2017-Nov-24 07:24 UTC 2018-Feb-22 07:24 UTC 88 days seafileserver.site
260765551 seafileserver.site 2017-Nov-21 04:13 UTC 2018-Feb-19 04:13 UTC 85 days seafileserver.site
But if you try to issue a certificate covering
seafileserver.site and for example
www.seafileserver.site in the same certificate you will be able to get your certificate.
