You really need to fill out all the questions please.

Also, what makes you think this is a Let's Encrypt certificate issue exactly? Looks like a DNS issue to me. This is not a generic IT support channel, but a Community specific for Let's Encrypt/TLS/certificates.

I searched my email and found an expiry notice email. What can I do? How can I renew my page? i am using it for CGM(glocose monioring) Purpose.Could you please help?

Do you run jila.dospeces.com? If you don't, you'll need to get in touch with the folks who do, which is not Let's Encrypt.
