when attempting to access the plugin via the WHM plugin interface, I receive the following error:

My domain is: host.sladegrove.com

I ran this command: none- just clicked on the plugin link in WHM

It produced this output: Error loading config: rpc error: code = 13 desc = transport is closing

My web server is (include version): Apache/2.4.27 running on CENTOS 7.3 x86_64 xen hvm – host cPanel & WHM 64.0 (build 36)

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: AWS

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): yes

As the cPanel is closed source and developed by cPanel you are best of contacting them or using their forums.

Most users with cPanel plugin questions have resolved their issues that way.
