My web server is (include version): apache2+ngnix

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Debian 8 x64

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: ihor.ru

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): Yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): VestaCP

Unfortunately, the error message from VestaCP is not specific enough to understand anything about why the certificate could not be issued. Unless you can get some more details about the reason for the error or logs showing what happened, I don’t think we can resolve this problem.

I would suggest asking on the VestaCP forum, at least at first, because I believe the developers participate there and they would be in a better position to know how to get the necessary information to understand what happened. There is also a Russian-language forum there if you prefer.

Alternatively, you could try to get a certificate with Certbot (outside of VestaCP). If it doesn’t work, people on this forum will be in a better position to understand what went wrong. :slight_smile:

The support my hosting provider say me error, when they try get Let`s Encrypt SSL by SSH:
Error: too many certificates already issued for exact set of domains: winten.xyz
