I ran this command: Trying to Issue a new certificate with the Let’s Encrypt SSL cpanel plug-in

It produced this output:

I’d suggest that you should ask your hosting provider for help with this. They have misconfigured their software somehow, and only the provider will be in a position to fix the problem.
