If you aren’t getting “This site uses an untrusted certificate” or something of that sort, then it has nothing to do with Let’s Encrypt. It’s a webserver configuration problem.

Hi @amitonlive,

This is usually caused by “Host Access Control” rules in WHM. Check out this for some steps on addressing it.
