There looks to be a problem with tthe script in your directadmin - it’s obtaining a new certificate every day ( see [https://crt.sh/?q=www.teleservice.ir](https://crt.sh/?q=www.teleservice.ir) ) hence why you are hitting the rate limit of too many certificates issued.
I’d suggest raising this as an issue with directadmin - on the positive side, you have a valid cert for your site 🙂
