ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED after uninstall n install

install letencrypt on my VM bind to Port 80 n 443.
tested working.

accidental removed the VM.

build a new the VM.
setup http service to test connectivity.
localhost wget show index.html working
browse from desktop, immediately failed when using google browse with ERROR

“This site can’t be reached
knnubt02oc.kuenn.co refused to connect.
Search Google for knnubt02oc kuenn co
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED”

advice on how to clean this and start afresh.

If I understand this correctly, it’s nothing to do with letsencrypt, simply that on the new VM it isn’t set up correctly. Perhaps a firewall in the way and blocking access ?

removed the vm bcos get a lot of XMLRPC attack on my wordpress.
spin down the machine. will secure new machine first b4 turn wordpress…
