Enable Let's Encrypt company ssl on the nginx server of the CentOS 5 operating system

I installed and activated my Let’s Encrypt SSL server on my own server
But SSL is activated on Apache, which increases the processing and consumption of server resources such as RAM and CPUs
Before activating SSL, the main load of the server was on nginx, but now that the https site is loaded on Apache
