Site Name: www.clickonpk.com
I can’t even sign-in Wordpress backend. Giving me messages, site is unavauble due to many directs
I am 100% non-coder and don’t know how to get back live my site.

How did you get your certificate the first time? With what company is your site hosted? Do you have SSH access?

thanks. one guy from fiver install Wordpress and all these stuffs. But right now, he doesn’t know. The problem is that I contacted him after certification expiration, although I got email earlier but due to some busy schedule couldn’t did early.
Please guide me what to do next.
Hi @javeed
you have created 5 new certificates ( https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=clickonpk.com#ct-logs ):
The last three are good, they have two domain names. So that part works.
And you use it.
CN=clickonpk.com
06.08.2019
04.11.2019
expires in 87 days
clickonpk.com, www.clickonpk.com - 2 entries
Both versions (non-www and www) are secure.
The only problem is one loop:
https + www redirects to https + www, with / and /.well-known/acme-challenge/random-filename .
It's an Apache, so first step:
What says
apachectl -S
Then check the content of the vHost definition. Perhaps there is an additional .htaccess or the redirect is in your WordPress configuration.
