Download offline certificate

I own a Synology DS220+ Nas. Unfortunately I have problems, the NAS cannot be connected to the internet.

Therefore I cannot renew the certificate.
Can you please give me a link if I can download it so I can import it manually?

You can find all publicly issued certificates on sites like https://crt.sh/

You can do a manual renewal via DNS authentication from any system on the Internet.
From there you will have to copy the new certificate [and key] into the NAS.

I'm curious...
How does anyone use the NAS?

What is the intended usage of a Certificate in this scenario?
Maybe this Certificates for localhost - Let's Encrypt would suite your needs better.
