Is there a firewall blocking on IPv6? Being unable to connect to the server usually is a firewall problem. Your hosting company can check that for you if you don't have access.
The SSL Labs test still fails to connect to the IPv6 server. (And I did clear the cache before running the test.)
Another test https://test-ipv6.rashodnik.cv.ua/ also fails to connect as does a ping test from IPv6 ping test for server, website, or network l Uptrends | Uptrends. That test returns Failed to connect, Request timed out, Destination could not be resolved and Destination network is not reachable. All this leads to a firewall blocking problem. Ask your hosting provider if they are blocking any ports on IPv6. Something is.
Edit: I should add that the apex domain cv.ua doesn't have a cert.
Your domain, roshodnik.cv.ua does not have any Whois records. It shows the domain as not being registered. Maybe they haven't propogated yet?
