Who can add or remove DNS entries from your domain?

I don't know, I add domains and the rest, and there are already the records themselves automatically, as I understood

Then you need to ask your Hosting Service Provider (HSP) how to remove the IPv6 record.
Or why it is there and not working.
Maybe they can fix that for you.

Show them how it is not.
Give them this link:

"Hello!
I'm afraid I don't quite understand the essence of the problem. Your site is accessible via https and is working, the certificate has been issued. What exactly and why do you want to do?"

I don't understand what you mean by "not".
And then follow that with the link I gave you that shows the site is still NOT available by IPv6 address.
