Domain validation for SAN certificate for www.pilbaraports.com.au

Hi Lets Encrypt support team,

I have placed a new SAN certificate request for the following domains.

1. www.pilbaraports.com.au
2. mail.pilbaraports.com.au
3. citrix.pilbaraports.com.au
4. induction.pilbaraports.com.au
5. msic.pilbaraports.com.au
6. klein.pilbaraports.com.au
7. kleinpod.pilbaraports.com.au
8. hydrotel.pilbaraports.com.au
9. dukc.pilbaraports.com.au
10. Seg.pilbaraports.com.au
11. mag.pilbaraports.com.au
12. mag2.pilbaraports.com.au
13. vpn.pilbaraports.com.au

Could you please share some information on how we have to proceed. Let me know if we can setup HTTPS redirects on the domain listed above to dcv.akamai.com. The instructions say that we have to setup HTTP but these domains do not support HTTP traffic.

Let me know at the earliest so that i can communicate the same.

What do you mean by “I have placed a new SAN certificate request for” are you already using a specific client / set of instructions ? if so what ?

What is the operating system on your server ?

Is it a shared server ? or dedicated and you have root access ?

Do you have a control panel you use ?

What is your webserver (apache? nginx ? …) ? and version ?
