Domain Displayed in Certificate Summary on Browser

#1

So cPanel recently implemented the use of Let’s Encrypt with their AutoSSL feature. I am just finding that all of our domains are displaying under the ssl certificate summary as if the domain was mail.domain.com. I understand that cPanel is trying to add SSL to proxy subdomains (which is happening on v64). Any ideas why it would show up as mail.domain.com and not www.domain.com or domain.com. Here’s the summary of the SSL:

Let’s Encrypt issues a SSL with several domains included from what I see in cPanel. Why would it default to the mail.domain.com, though? Incorrect implementation by cPanel? See below:

Certificate ID: domain_random_numbers
Domains:
domain.com
mail.domain.com
www.domain.com
Issuer: Let’s Encrypt
Key Size: 2,048 bits (c8015e42 …)
Expiration: Jun 11, 2017 6:52:01 AM
