Does ACME v2 support DNS Validation for Subdomains?

So I know ACME V2 supports wildcards which I could just use and I plan on using, but does ACME v1 and v2 support DNS validation for Subdomains?

Yes, you can use DNS validation for any DNS name, including subdomains. ACME v1 has always supported this and nothing has changed in v2 in that respect.
