DNS problem: NXDOMAIN look up A for

Hello, while trying to get a cert to my domain (both www.orquidariobahia.com.br and orquidariobahia.com.br), I get a response:

DNS problem: NXDOMAIN looking up A for orquidariobahia.com.br

I was able to get a cert for my 3 other domains, but it fails for this one. I check and DNS is setup properly, so I do not know what’s going on.

It's most helpful if you can say what you changed to solve the problem. Everything seems stupid in retrospect but I bet you won't be the only person who made a mistake that caused this error!
