That looks wrecked:

  • There are duplicate sections for Directory /var/www/masihhits.com/html
  • There is a private cert key file but no public cert file used
  • There is an HTTP section there that is entirely not needed
    [and it is wrapped within an IfModule for SSL - that makes less than no sense]
  • ReWriteEngine is turned on and then… not used

Perhaps we should have a look at the file that “created” this mess…
sudo cat /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/masihhits.com.conf
[I suspect it has some of the same problems - that were passed on]
