The website www.gci-kompozit.com doesn't open from the 30th of October. It says: NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
We paid SSL Certificate but I can't learn if it's expired or not. Still can't open my site. Please help me. I lost many customers. What is the issue?
You paid for a free of charge Let's Encrypt certificate? How did that happen?
Looking at the history for your domain at crt.sh | gci-kompozit.com it seems it was renewing regularly earlier, but it didn't last time. Hard to say why without a lot more information. That's why the #help section has a questionnaire you either did not get of deleted. Please answer all the questions below to the best of your knowledge and if you don't know the answer, please state that also.
Also instead of your expired cert, Hostgator is sending out its own standard certificate. Which is the reason of the error you're seeing now. But with an expired cert, the site still wouldn't work, just have a different error.
Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Are you sure that you have a current contract with Hostgator for the specified domain? It seems that Hostgator does not see it that way. They deliver their own certificate, which of course does not match the domain (hostgator.com <> www.gci-kompozit.com). If you skip this error, you get a 404 Error (Page Not Found). Either Hostgator locks the domain or the webserver is not configured (no index.htm(l)/php, ...). Contact Hostgator.

I agree with @SamLowryMOI here, even if DNS still seems to work. Maybe the hosting service has shut down, but not DNS.
Best to ask Hostgator why they've shut down your website.
Even better: switch hosting provider. There're plenty out there not charging for free LE certs.
What do you mean by that? We had a certificate and it was working well but for 2 weeks due to this issue, we cant open the website.
The whole thing currently has nothing to do with certificates in general or LE in particular.
The problem at the moment is that Hostgator simply does not deliver a website under the domain www.gci-kompozit.com or gci-kompozit.com.
This problem can only be solved with Hostgator. You need to communicate with Hostgator.
I don't think anyone here can identify or even solve the exact problem.
