ClientId registered under application settings does not match

I Am getting below error while I am trying to renew the certificates through Let’s Encrypt Site extension on Azure -

The ClientId registered under application settings be570fd1-7068-41ca-97ac-5cdad1220217 does not match the ClientId you entered here c464041e-5b28-4fd2-b33d-3269bac29601

pls help

This doesn’t sound like a part of the ACME protocol used between the client and Let’s Encrypt servers. It looks more like a bug or error produced by the extension used by Azure. You should probably file a bug report there.
