My ip is 192.168.1.148

I ran this command: certbot --nginx -d superciccosignal.com -d www.superciccosignal.com

192.168.* is a private network. That's not a public known ip address.

So it's impossible that Letsencrypt checks your domain.

A public ipv4 or ipv6 is required.

You could use the dns-01 challenge though, that would not require a public IP address.
