I haven't been following the thread too closely, but there is technically a difference between private keys with BEGIN PRIVATE KEY
vs BEGIN RSA PRIVATE KEY
. The former implies PKCS8 that could be RSA or EC. The latter implies PKCS1 that is specifically RSA.
