I created a website on Odoo il-bello-delle-donne.odoo.com, then I bought a domain www.ilbellodelledonneshop.it on Aruba hosting. The DNS I created work well for both Odoo and Aruba, but unfortunately on www.ilbellodelledonneshop.it it is not possible to create an SSL certificate. Can I do it manually with you? Unfortunately, I am stuck because of this. Please help me, thank you.
You were issued wildcard certificates for that domain which also works for the www subdomain. They were issued by Actalis
We don't recommend manual methods. And, since you already have a valid cert you should find out why your server is using the wrong cert. You should ask Aruba hosting to help you with that.
