i cant acesse the website and no servers apear in game
i dont know how to fix can anyone help

Your website works fine from my point of view. It looks like something on your network is intercepting the traffic to your website for some reason. From here, it's impossible to see why and/or how.

i know its a pc related problem cause i tried log in with my other pc win 10 and no probleme i m loking for solution i tried dowloading the missing one
but when i seache for crossdrive certification i dont find it i think reinstalling windows will solve the probleme
Your web server is prompting for a client certificate (not an http certificate), which is unusual if you're not expecting it to want one. Is this related: Cross Device Experience Host - Microsoft Apps
Really though, this is unrelated to Let's Encrypt.
