Certificate renew failing - Hashicorp vault

My domain is: vault.businessapplications.co.nz

I ran this command: sudo certbot renew --dry-run

It produced this output:

you have a dns-entry vault.businessapplications.co.nz -> ip-address, this is good.

But my browser can't connect your domain.

Is there a running webserver? Or a firewall that blocks?

I am not running a webserver.But i just enabled a ngix webserver for test purpose.try again pls

I need to disable this before running the cert renew again.Otherwise it will complain unable to use port 80

As expected it was a firewall issue
